A minimum of 4 people required. With a minimum of 5 paying guests, the hostess attends free. With 6 or more paying guests, the hostess receives a free Zentangle kit (value $49.00).

This is the class that will get you started! You will learn the theory and process of the Zentangle® method. All ages and levels are invited, and absolutely NO artistic experience is needed! Introduction to Tangling Digitally With Procreate
Would you like to learn how to use the Procreate app and how to tangle on your iPad?
In this class, I will walk you through the basics of the app, Procreate. . . . from the very beginning to the completion of a Digital Zentangle tile!
This class is for people who are very new to Procreate, or who have had no experience with it.
Procreate is an app that you download onto your iOS device, and use a stylus to draw! It's an incredibly powerful AND user friendly program: pretty magical!
(I'm sorry, but Procreate does NOT work with Android.)
For this class, you will need:
1. A fully charged iPad with Procreate downloaded
A compatible stylus (An Apple Pencil is preferred, but any stylus will work.
A good internet connectionA computer, iPhone, or other smart phone to use for viewing the class.
This is a 2 1/2 hour class.
Note: It is highly recommended that you take an "Introduction to Zentangle" class from myself or from another CZT before taking this class.
These are just a few examples of tangling done on the iPad.
Zentangle Meets Notan!
In this fun and relaxing class, students will learn about the design element of Notan. We will then create unique pieces using black and white papers. Tangles as well as some tangle enhancements will be taught. This is a fun and creative class that anyone with tangling experience can do. Once you learn the basic techniques, the possibilities are endless!

In this class we will create beautiful colored Zendala/Mandalas with color!
We will create an inked design and then fill it in with Prismacolor pencils. Students will learn about the history and background of mandalas in addition to techniques using colored pencils.

In this class, we will explore the mesmerizing form of the mandala. We will briefly discuss the history, uses, and structure of the mandala in different cultures.

In this class, I will show you step-by-step how to
- create beautiful letters, even if you are not a calligrapher!
- design and tangle these graceful embellishments around letters or shapes. When we are done with our letters, we will add some extra “bling” with gold or silver paint (which will be supplied in class).

In this class, you will learn how to create stunning depth with highlighting as well as shading. We will cover some of the history behind the Chiaroscuro techniques of the the Renaissance period, and apply these techniques to create 2 beautiful Zentangle tiles!

Pax Dove (Peace Dove)
Inspired by Cherryl Moote's "pax dove" pattern
("Introduction to Zentangle" is a prerequisite)
In this class, you will make a beautiful 3 -dimensional Peace dove with outstretched wings. (It folds up flat to store, after the holidays!) I will teach tangles to use on this project, but you are encouraged to use your own 'tried and true tangles as well. When we are done tangling, we'll add some color with PrismaColor pencils! This is a wonderful decoration or gift for someone special!
Pinch Decore Ornament
("Introduction to Zentangle" is a prerequisite)
You will make an elegant ornament that looks complicated, but is easy to put together!
Students will have a choice of colors for the ball, and will then tangle and assemble the ornament. Making these ornaments just might become a holiday tradition! They are sturdy, and will be a keepsake for years!
